Entry to South Tyrol/Italy:
Guests from EU countries, the United States of America, Canada and Japan can enter the country with a vaccination, convalescent or test certificate as of Monday, 21 June. This means that vaccinated or recovered persons no longer have to carry a negative test result with them when entering the country.
Proof of vaccination, convalescence or testing is defined as:
- Proof of vaccination: Proof that you have completed the complete vaccination cycle for at least 14 days.
- Proof of recovery: Proof of recovery from a Covid 19 infection in the last six months;
- Proof of testing: Proof of a negative antigen or PCR test, which must not be older than 48 hours.
(Children under 6 years of age are exempt from compulsory testing).
-In addition, the following registration form is required: Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF). Proof of registration must be carried digitally or in paper form and must be shown to the law enforcement officers in the event of checks. A form must be completed for each adult person. If underage children are travelling with you, they can be indicated on the form of the accompanying parent.

Protection and hospitality
We naturally adhere to the legal regulations (minimum distance 2m / disinfection / mouth-nose protection / gloves). Our entire team is continuously trained on the increased hygiene measures in order to comply exactly with the regulations. On request, we can also provide you with mouth protection and disinfectants.
Hygiene and cleaning
All public areas are disinfected several times. There are enough disinfectant dispensers throughout the house. Cleanliness has always been important to us. Now all the more! Our maids are trained for the extended cleaning process and thus meet the highest hygiene regulations. Before your arrival, we also carry out a complete disinfection of the apartment after the final cleaning.
Pre check in
You have the option to send us your personal data (copy of your ID card) before your departure, so we can check in in advance and therefore no longer require your ID card.
Living
Fortunately, there is a lot of space in our apartments. Since we have always believed that you should create a small home on vacation. Our apartments offer a lot of space and also a spacious balcony or terrace.
Enjoyment
The minimum distance between the tables in the breakfast room and on the terrace is observed. If you prefer to have your private breakfast in your apartment on the terrace or balcony instead of our usual breakfast buffet (designed according to the new security regulations), your breakfast will be ready this year.
Wellness spa
Our outdoor pools are open for you as always. The announced minimum distances must also be taken into account here. Our gardens and the park offer generous space and space for carefree enjoyment and relaxation. All wellness indoor areas must remain closed for the time being. The children's playroom is still open. However, a maximum number of people is specified here.
Activity program
Our rental bikes are still available. Experience lots of fresh air and lots of nature is now even more important for your well-being and health! With this in mind, you can enjoy our eventful and unique mountain and hiking area.
CONSIDERATION FOR A FAIR TOGETHER
Keep a minimum distance (2m) from other guests and our team. If this is not possible, use mouth-nose protection, only use the lift alone or with your own family.
