Cancellation Conditions:
-Up to 30 days before the start of your holiday you will be refunded the deposit less a processing fee of € 25.00 or the entire deposit (without processing fee) will be credited to you for a later holiday at the Apparthotel-Gartenresidence Nalserhof.
-From 30 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited in our favor.
-From 7 days before arrival, we request 80% of the total amount of your stay
-In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge the entire booked period of stay, if the flat could not be re-rented.
The following also applies here: Should an arrival be impossible due to Corona regulations (closed borders or travel ban), a free cancellation (- € 25.00 processing fee) or a free postponement is possible at any time.
Attention! If a positive case does not allow you to go on holiday, it is not the same as a travel ban. A positive case is considered an own risk and should be covered by a travel insurance, we therefore recommend to take out one in any case.
Hotel information
- City tax per person and day from 14 years € 1.60
- The prices are per apartment for 2 people without breakfast.
- For the final cleaning for our apartments Economy, Comfort, Superior, Deluxe and Premium we charge € 80,00 and for the apartments Premium Deluxe € 100,00.
- Your apartment will be cleaned every 4th day (without kitchen, minimum stay of 6 days) and towels are changed every second day.
- Bathrobes are available. On request, we will clean the apartment every day (€ 25,00/day).
- The prices per rooms are per 1 person with breakfast - For single occupancy € 20,00 extra cost

New: Meran Card 2023
From the first of March 2023 you get from us the Meran Card. With the Meran Card You can use all the public transportation for free and also in the public museums the entrance is for free.
Bookings
The bookings are binding when the Apparthotel Gartenresindence Nalserhof send you a confirmation via e-mail, post or fax. For a confirmed reservation, we need a deposit of 30% from the total, paid via transfer on our bank account.

Arrival and departure
Check in time for the apartment on your arrival day is 4,00 pm. Check out time for your apartment on your departure day is 11,00 am. If you arrive later than 8 pm we ask you to let us now, because otherwise after 8,00 pm we admit us to pass your room to someone else.
Apartment cleaning
Your apartment will be cleaned every 4th day (without kitchen, minimum stay of 6 days), the towels will be changed every two days. Willingly we can clean your apartment also daily to the price of € 25,00 (without kitchen). For the final cleaning for our apartments Economy, Comfort, Superior, Deluxe and Premium we charge € 80,00 and for the apartments Premium Deluxe € 100,00.
Means of payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash (limited cash payment in accordance with Italian regulations) or with credit card
Dogs
Only on request. We have to charge € 15,00 per day and dogs are not allowed in our Appartement Premium Deluxe.
The dogs are not allowed to stay in the garden, neither on the sky-spa. During breakfast there are also not allowed to stay in the breakfast room and on the terrace.
Garage
1 lot in garage inclusive for all rooms/apartments.
