For the final cleaning we charge € 120.00 for the Economy, Comfort, Superior, Deluxe and Premium apartments and € 150.00 for the Premium Deluxe apartments.
The apartments are cleaned every 4th day (with a minimum stay of 6 days), towels are changed every 2nd day. Towels and bathrobes are provided free of charge. Upon request, we also clean the apartment daily for € 25.00/day.

The prices for the rooms Olive and Lavender are per person with breakfast - single occupancy surcharge € 30.00.

The buffet includes crispy bread, a selection of cheeses, fragrant ham, spicy bacon, freshly pressed juices, yogurt, fruit, eggs, various sweets, as well as a wide variety of South Tyrolean tea blends.

The room rates (Olive and Lavender) are per person including breakfast.

The bookings are considered binding once a confirmation (by email, fax, or mail) is made by Apparthotel-Gartenresidence Nalserhof. For fixed reservations, we request a deposit of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer to our account.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash (in compliance with Italian regulations) or by credit card.

Up to 30 days before arrival:
the full deposit will be credited towards a future stay (no time limit).
the deposit will be refunded less a € 25.00 processing fee.
(The deposit amounts to 30% of the total price)!

From 30 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited in our favor.
From 1 week before arrival, 80% of the total price will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure, we charge for the entire booked stay, unless the apartment could be re-rented.

To be best protected against possible cancellations, we recommend taking out the European travel insurance.

Yes, all apartments are non-smoking apartments.

Your apartment will be available to you from 4 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11 AM. If you arrive after 8 PM, please inform us; otherwise, we reserve the right to reassign your room after 8 PM.

Yes, a garage parking space is included with all rooms or apartments.

The Nalserhof Aparthotel offers several options to choose from: the Mobilkarte South Tyrol Guest Pass is included in the room price and valid for the entire stay, seasonal special weeks, gap-filler offers for a spontaneous break and flexible travelers, a loyalty bonus for returning guests.

Yes, we offer a children's playground with a sandbox, slide, seesaw, and swing, a children's pool, a playroom, and a gaming console for older children.

Dogs are allowed upon request for a fee of 15.00 euros. Please note that they are not permitted in the Premium Deluxe Apartments, in the garden, in the Sky Spa, or during breakfast (dining room and terrace).

Our wellness area features a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, an infrared cabin, tropical and mist showers, a whirlpool, and a relaxation room. Additionally, there is a SKY spa on the rooftop terrace (16 years and older) with a sauna and floating pool.

• In March 1972, the house opened its doors for the first time, and since then, guests have been wonderfully cared for by the Regele family.
• Waltraud and Peter Regele ran the hotel lovingly and with full commitment for many years, together with their six children.
• In 2005, daughter Petra took over the Nalserhof. Petra is married to Fritz Hölzl and has four sons. Hannes, the second eldest, joined his mother in managing the hotel.
• 2007 saw a fundamental renovation and expansion of the Nalserhof. The hotel was transformed into 18 cozy, feel-good apartments.
• 2008 the new building "Gartenresidence Apparthotel Nalserhof" opened its doors.
• 2012 the spacious garden loggias were added to the hotel complex. The garden area was expanded and lovingly designed.
• In April 2019, 7 luxurious, modernly furnished apartments, a SKY-Spa on the new rooftop terrace with sauna, floating pool, and lounging area (only adults), a playroom for our youngest guests with several attractions, as well as an enlarged terrace and breakfast room were added.
