Starting in Nals, follow the Etsch cycle way to Sigmundskron. Then take the cycle path to Eppan and from there zigzag up to the Mendel Pass, down into the Val di Non and up to the Gampen Pass. Return to Nals via Tisens and Prissian.Hafling and Mölten
From Nals head for Vilpian, then take the old main road to Meran. Shortly before Meran turn right towards Hafling at the roundabout. The road leads up through several tunnels. From Hafling follow the road to Mölten. The road down from Mölten to Terlan has a gradient of up to 17%.
