The bookings are binding when the Apparthotel Gartenresindence Nalserhof send you a confirmation via e-mail, post or fax. For a confirmed reservation we need a deposit of 30% from the total, paid via transfer on our bank account.

Cancellation
Please inform us timely, if you have to cancel your vacation.
The cancellation costs are:
- BUntil 4 weeks before date of commencement of vacation you get your deposit back, less disbursements of administrative charges of € 25,00, or you have the possibility to credit your whole deposit (including administrative charge) for a future vacation in Apparthotel Gartenresidence Nalserhof.
- From the 4. week until the 1. week before date of commencement of vacation your deposit will expire to our benefit.
- By a cancellation from 1 week or less before date of commencement of vacation we have to charge you 80% of the total of your vacation.
- By a late arrival ore early departure (days) we have to charge you the whole booked duration of stay.
Arrival and departure
Check in time for the apartment on your arrival day is 3,00 pm. Check out time for your apartment on your departure day is 11,00 am. If you arrive later than 6 pm we ask you to let us now, because otherwise after 8,00 pm we admit us to pass your room to someone else.
Apartment cleaning
Your apartment will be cleaned, according the 4 star Residence Standard, two times per week (without kitchen), the towels will be changed every two days. Willingly we can clean your apartment also daily to the price of € 10,00 (without kitchen). Final cleaning € 30,00.
Means of payment
You can pay your hotel bill in cash or with credit card
Dogs
Only on request. We have to charge € 10,00 per day (without feed)
Garage
If you want you can reserve your garage place directly when you are booking, costs € 5,00 per day.
